Job Summary The eCommerce Project Manager I will oversee the site content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing, organic social, and DDX strategies. This role involves managing site activations, localizing DMI campaigns, and launching UGC components. Additionally, the position supports homepage rollouts and monthly reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform success.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the site content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing, organic social, and DDX initiatives.
- Coordinate with the DDX team to implement site activations such as pop-ups, sampling, and quizzes.
- Localize DMI activations for site optimization.
- Lead the Firework (UGC component) launch, collaborating with the A&I team to obtain creator content with usage rights.
- Work with Firework PM to upload UGC content into the Firework platform, ensuring seamless integration into the homepage and PDP.
- Assist in new homepage rollout, coordinating with UX and development agencies for a successful launch.
- Conduct monthly reporting, incorporating insights from MikMak and partnering with CPD to establish benchmarks for the new platform.
Required Qualifications - Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to execute marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- eCommerce experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (if any) - Experience working with digital marketing teams and external agencies.
