Purpose of Position:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Ecommerce Merchandiser to help optimize our online shopping experience and drive product performance across our digital channels. This role is responsible for curating product assortments, executing merchandising strategies, and ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey from product discovery to checkout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage onsite merchandising across all digital touchpoints (homepage, category pages, search results, product detail pages).
Develop and implement strategies for product placement, sorting, and promotions to maximize conversion and AOV.
Collaborate with buying, planning, and marketing teams to align merchandising plans with business goals and seasonal strategies.
Regularly analyze sales performance, onsite behavior, and customer feedback to make data-informed merchandising decisions.
Maintain and update digital merchandising calendars to support marketing campaigns, launches, and inventory shifts.
Utilize A/B testing and other tools to iterate on merchandising tactics and improve performance.
Optimize the onsite search experience by managing keyword performance, improving relevance, and enhancing search results for terms related to assigned product categories.
Monitor competitor sites and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related role.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Eye for detail and a customer-first mindset.
