Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Location: Fully Onsite - Teaneck, NJ (no exceptions)

Compensation: $120-150K/year DOE

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all eCommerce marketing initiatives across company retail site, Amazon, and other online channels. This individual will be responsible for aligning branding, storytelling, and promotional calendars to drive revenue, customer loyalty, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp marketing mind, a strong eCommerce background, and a deep passion for translating brand values into compelling customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that promote branded products across all online platforms.
  • Build and manage seasonal and monthly marketing calendars that align with product launches, promotions, and brand goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, eComm, Amazon, Analytics) to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution.

Brand Leadership

  • Own the evolution and expression of the brand across all digital touchpoints-ensuring a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity.
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to tell the story-with a focus on education, foot health, and the transformative benefits of our products.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Oversee the strategy, segmentation, and performance of the email marketing program, from campaign ideation to automated lifecycle flows.
  • Drive customer retention and LTV through engaging, relevant, and high-performing content.

Channel Oversight

  • Ensure brand and campaign consistency across company ecommerce site, Amazon, email, social media, paid media, and affiliate.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and Amazon teams to align messaging, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a small but growing team of marketers and creatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to report performance, share insights, and make data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on eCommerce and brand building, ideally in footwear, wellness, or consumer health.
  • Demonstrated success building integrated marketing plans that drive traffic, conversion, and retention across digital channels.
  • Strong brand instincts with the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading email marketing strategy and CRM/lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and external agencies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and growing a brand with purpose.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
