ERL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our online business and deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience. We're looking for a results-driven candidate to oversee and scale our online sales channels through a holistic strategy that integrates ecommerce operations with high-impact digital marketing.


The ideal candidate has experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, an eye for visual merchandising, and a deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs and digital performance metrics. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital customer journey-from acquisition through retention-across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce and digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth across DTC and digital marketplaces (website, Instagram Shop, etc.).
  • Lead paid media strategy, including Meta ads and Google campaigns, managing budgets, performance, and creative alignment with brand objectives.
  • Own and grow the email marketing program, including lifecycle campaigns, segmentation strategies, and performance optimization via Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Ensure the website reflects brand identity and collection narratives through strong visual merchandising and storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and social teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on site analytics, email performance, and advertising KPIs; use data insights to optimize funnels, boost ROAS, and increase LTV.
  • Lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives to increase conversion rates and AOV.
  • Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations including product uploads, inventory accuracy, merchandising, onsite content updates, and customer service.
  • Write, edit, and oversee copy for product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and onsite content in line with the brand voice.
  • Partner with executive leadership on seasonal assortment planning and growth strategies.
  • Manage fulfillment team and ensure efficient operations for domestic and international orders.
  • Continuously improve the digital customer experience, with a special focus on international client needs and localization strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
  • Expertise in Shopify-proficient in managing, customizing, and optimizing storefronts.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including paid media (Meta, Google), email marketing (Klaviyo), SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong command of digital performance analytics, including GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo reporting, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent skills in visual merchandising, UX/UI optimization, and digital storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success managing ecommerce operations, including inventory management, fulfillment logistics, product merchandising, and customer service.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to craft and edit content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams, timelines, and external partners.
  • Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven-comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • A collaborative strategist who works well with executive leadership to define and achieve business goals.
  • Deep passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and delivering premium, customer-first digital experiences.
