Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Ecommerce Marketing Director:


- Collaborate closely with the VP, eCommerce and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce to develop and grow the brand through strategic marketing campaigns

- Develop artist- and release-specific marketing strategies that deliver on revenue, profit, engagement, and customer growth goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend

- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to grow organic search rankings and increase site traffic


Required Skills for Ecommerce Marketing Director:


- 3-5 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer growth in a D2C environment

- Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels

- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and creativity

- Proficient with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand voice
