We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Expert to manage and grow our online presence on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and WhatsApp Business etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing listings, increasing sales, managing promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all online sales channels.
Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa):
- Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) with accurate product details, high-quality images, keywords, and compelling descriptions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels across platforms to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations. Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Pricing Strategy: Conduct competitive research to set the right pricing strategy and monitor pricing trends to adjust accordingly.
- Platform Optimization: Stay updated on platform algorithms (Amazon A9, Flipkart's search algorithm, Nykaa's search engine) and implement best practices to improve visibility and ranking.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers. Resolve any order-related issues, including returns and refunds.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute sales campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa, including discounts, deals, flash sales, and promotional offers.
- Ad Campaigns: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (AMS), Flipkart, and Nykaa, including sponsored product ads, display ads, and promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
- SEO & Keywords Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly track and analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) for all platforms. Use data to optimize listings, ads, and campaigns for maximum sales.
- Cross-Platform Promotions: Leverage WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and other channels to drive traffic and sales to your e-commerce listings.
3. Customer Engagement & Support:
- Customer Queries & Reviews Management: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor and manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings on all platforms.
- Customer Relationship Management: Use WhatsApp Business to engage with customers, handle pre-sale and post-sale queries, and provide personalized offers.
- Customer Retention: Build strategies to enhance repeat business, customer loyalty programs, and referrals.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
- Sales Analytics: Prepare regular sales and performance reports to track KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions, etc.) for each platform.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay informed on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Budgeting & ROI: Ensure that all advertising and promotional activities are within budget and contribute positively to ROI.
5. Strategic Planning & Development:
- Sales Forecasting: Provide insights into sales projections based on historical data, market trends, and seasonal demand.
- Product Launch Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan product launches and promotional strategies across all e-commerce platforms.
- Platform Expansion: Identify and explore new e-commerce platforms or channels to expand the brand's presence and increase sales.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, content, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Vendor/Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers and other business partners to maximize platform features and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and WhatsApp Business.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Seller Portal).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customer relations and internal collaborations.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act proactively to address challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Female Staff Preferred with Good Communication skills & attractive Personality.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management (optional).
- Experience in the personal care or consumer goods industry is a plus.
