Unit Description

Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena. The 20,000-seat venue opened in 2017 and is home of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. We provide a full accompaniment of services, including concessions and premium dining services in a variety of innovative club areas, loge boxes, and suites.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for the Little Caesars Arena retail platform, including seasonal campaigns, new product drops, and special event promotions
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail department, online store, including product listings, pricing, visual merchandising, promotions, and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with the merchandise buying team to align online offerings with in-arena assortments and key brand moments
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and digital teams to support integrated campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and fan engagement
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and handling in coordination with warehouse staff
  • Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user behavior; provide actionable insights to optimize the customer journey
  • Ensure high standards of customer service through responsive communication, accurate product information, and efficient issue resolution
  • Stay current on e-commerce best practices, trends, and technologies within retail and the sports industry, bringing innovation to the digital fan experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of e-commerce or digital retail experience, ideally in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Big Commerce or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into strategy
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and game days as needed
