Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support our Digital team, which is comprised of three key groups: DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), Amazon, and COE (Center of Excellence). This internship offers hands-on experience across a multi-brand portfolio including Laneige, Innisfree, Sulwhasoo, and Amorepacific-leading skincare and k-beauty brands. The intern

will gain exposure to a wide range of ecommerce functions, from content management and marketing initiatives to administrative and operational support, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage calendars for the Digital leadership team, including scheduling meetings, tracking key deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings and accurately record detailed meeting minutes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
  • Submit and track expense reports for the Digital team, ensuring proper documentation and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update task trackers, helping ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across any assigned projects.
  • Upload and update content on Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplace platforms
  • Support DTC (direct-to-consumer) with content updates, marketing initiatives including SMS/Email campaign planning and asset coordination.
  • Assist with outreach to content creators and influencers for marketplace campaigns.
  • Execute D2C ad hoc site merchandising tasks, including PDP edits, copy revisions, and auditing pages for updates. (Shopify Platform)

Qualification and Experience

  • Enrolled in accredited college courses.
  • Recent college graduate.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or up to 2 years of experience in ecommerce or marketing preferred.

Skill Sets

  • Strong note taker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Extra points for Amazon and/or Shopify experience
