We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will primarily support our Amazon seller account, ensuring seamless operations within the warehouse, processing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. As part of this role, the Warehouse Support Specialist will also be responsible for tracking packaging materials, processing outgoing shipments, and supporting our enrollment in the Amazon FBS (Fulfillment by Seller) program by maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the role may include support for other warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support all aspects of Amazon seller account operations, including but not limited to, managing inventory, processing FBA shipments, and ensuring accurate listing and fulfillment processes.
- Stay updated on Amazon's rules, regulations, and fulfillment processes to ensure compliance and maintain performance metrics.
- Ensure timely packing, labeling, and shipment of Amazon products in compliance with Amazon's standards.
- Maintain an understanding of the language, terminology, and communication style used in the Amazon seller ecosystem to ensure clear and effective communication.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for products and packaging materials.
- Regularly check inventory levels to ensure stock availability for outbound shipments and FBA fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels effectively and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.

- Packing and Shipment Processing:

- Oversee the packing of Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring that all orders are prepared according to Amazon's guidelines.
- Ensure shipments are processed correctly and dispatched on time, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and fulfillment centers.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse and ensure the proper storage of products for FBA shipments.

- KPIs and Amazon FBS Program Maintenance:

- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) required to stay enrolled in the Amazon FBS program.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and Amazon's fulfillment requirements.
- Address performance issues promptly to maintain enrollment in the Amazon FBS program.

- Warehouse Operations Support:

- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving and sorting inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing product storage areas.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations by supporting team members in various warehouse duties.

Required Qualifications:

-Experience in Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's seller portal, FBA requirements, and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as packing, organizing, and shipping products.

Attention to Detail:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking inventory, packaging, and processing shipments.

Communication Skills:

- Must be articulate and proficient in the "language" of Amazon sellers, including understanding seller terminology and Amazon's guidelines for product listing, shipment processing, and account management.

Problem-Solving Ability:

- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory management, FBA shipments, or other warehouse functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting, particularly with eCommerce fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and third-party warehouse management software.
- Experience with Amazon's FBS program and maintaining KPIs for program enrollment
