We're looking for an energetic, sharp-minded, and customer-focused professional to join our growing distribution company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for all product-related inquiries, assisting customers across various e-commerce marketplaces. You'll handle customer concerns, process returns and replacement parts, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This is a high-volume Customer Service center role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
Address inquiries related to product parts, orders, returns, damage claims, and replacements.
Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth resolution.
Research and coordinate replacement parts for damaged or missing items.
Track order status and professionally relay updates to customers.
Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
File damage claims with carriers and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist with additional work-related duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with eDesk Help Desk for eCommerce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email management.
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Detail-oriented mindset - precision and accuracy are key.
A proactive, problem-solving approach to customer concerns.
Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a call center is a must.
