DescriptionKALCORP ENTERPRISES, INCECOM Fulfillment Team MemberJOB SUMMARY Add value to the company by being responsible for correct and timely fulfillment of online orders placed on the E-commerce site.
JOB GUIDELINES - Serve as a member of the E-Commerce Fulfillment Department in accordance with our core values.
- Perform all regular duties associated with E-Commerce fulfillment in a professional manner.
- Retain knowledge of AO products to certify the quick and correct pulling of orders.
- Make certain all orders are checked and packed following the packing list.
- Use current packing guidelines so customers appreciate the time and effort of the fulfillment team of their online purchase.
- Let the team lead or shipping manager know if there is something that doesn't look right with an order or if you can't find a particular item.
- Generally, pull, pack and ship all orders received for outbound shipment on the same day unless there is a valid reason for hold.
QualificationsKEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES - Possess strong leadership skills while having a positive attitude.
- Possess knowledge of Aggieland Outfitters' products and customization services.
- Possess a helpful and approachable attitude, finding enjoyment and satisfaction in building and maintaining strong customer and coworker relationships
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - Previous Ecommerce and/or Customer Service experience helpful but not required.
