- BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.
Responsibilities- The ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) Coordinator is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and quality assurance of the ECMO program.
- This role ensures safe, effective, and evidence-based ECMO support for critically ill patients.
- The ECMO Coordinator serves as a clinical expert, educator, and liaison between the ECMO team, physicians, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and hospital leadership.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current and valid RN license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- 3 years of cardiovascular heart failure critical care nursing experience with ECMO
Preferred Job Requirements:
- BSN or MSN preferred
- APRN preferred
