Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Management Specialist to join our team at eCarOne. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless flow of sales opportunities within our CRM system. Unlike traditional BDC positions, this role does not handle leads directly but supports and monitors the sales team to ensure no sales opportunities are missed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in CRM management, with a strong preference for those familiar with eLead CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily CRM activities to ensure all leads and sales opportunities are accurately tracked and followed up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify missed opportunities and assist in re-engaging potential clients.
- Locate additional sales opportunities to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Maintain adherence to CRM best practices and ensure data is current and correctly categorized.
- Generate and present regular reports on CRM usage and performance to management.
- Provide training and support to the sales team for better CRM utilization.
- Act as the liaison between sales and management to enhance sales processes.
- Appointment Confirmation/Rescheduling: Manage appointment schedules, confirm, and reschedule as necessary.
- Missed Appointment Contact: Follow up with clients who miss appointments to reschedule or address any concerns.
- Prior Day Showroom Email Follow-up: Send follow-up emails to clients who visited the showroom the previous day, providing additional information and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with CRM systems; familiarity with eLead CRM is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify potential growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lead management, BDC, or traffic control roles involving CRM systems.
- Prior automotive industry experience is required.
