NURSE AIDE (On Call Area Responder)

Care Area Responder (On Call Nurse Aide) - Full-Time Caregiver on Salary (Non-Exempt) & Part-Time Hourly
Float Nurse Aides need to be skilled with at least 2 years experience using Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, Slide Board, knowledgeable with Standby, Physical, Max and Total Assists. Should be highly experienced with providing bed baths, showers, brief changes, and peri-care. Our Floats will deal with all types of clients. Familiarity with Combative/Aggressive, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Hospice, and stroke care clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid driver s license with clean driving abstract, and reliable transportation
- Demonstrate skills to care for full spectrum of Clients to fill emergency response needs
- Immediately answer phone calls/text/emails and begin traveling to assigned shift within 15 minutes of initial notification
Follow floating full time schedule as listed below:
2 OPTIONS:
- 4 to 7 Days : Predetermined/contracted responding area and days with a 10-hour availability timeframe.
- Paid at tiered fluctuating salary compensation of $600.00+ a week ($650.00+ for BOTH Sat/Sun).
- 2 to 3 Days : Predetermined/contracted responding area and days with a 10-hour availability timeframe.
