What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support learning and development
- Support the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members
What You'll Need:
- EEC certification in Infant, Toddler, or Preschool required
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM - 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM - 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
