About the role:


As an e-shop Manager at Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Privés, you will be an essential part of our Americas team, responsible for the e-shop platform activation and execution, managing operations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You will work closely with our global Digital team, local warehouse team and e-retailer teams, and have hands-on experience with systems like Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize the supply chain process. You will report to the Director of E-commerce Americas and assist in ensuring smooth shopping experience. This role is crucial to enhancing our luxury e-shop experience and processes and plays a vital part in supporting our tremendous growth in the online fragrance market.


Key Responsibilities:


E-Shop Management

  • Lead the execution of brand e-shop plans, including product launches, campaigns, and digital activations.
  • Drive traffic and conversions through effective e-shop strategies, collaborating with the global Digital team and internal Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Optimize the online shopping experience, ensuring luxury standards are met.

Operations & Stock Management

  • Monitor and update stock levels across our brand e-shops, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with HQ, logistics, and warehouse teams to plan inventory for launches and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock performance.

Warehouse Coordination & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipping.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to enhance picking, packing, and shipping efficiency.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinate intercompany transfers and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Systems Management (Shopify & WMS)

  • Manage product listings and inventory records in Shopify, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Leverage WMS for efficient order processing, stock control, and warehouse management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to inventory, product availability, and order fulfillment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Closely partner with the global Digital team to execute brand strategies on e-shop platforms.
  • Collaborate with the global and internal Customer Care teams to help resolve order-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and alignment with priorities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate performance and inventory reports, identifying stock performance, and potential supply issues.
  • Provide weekly insights on sales, activations, stock levels, and risks.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to optimize e-shop operations and enhance customer experience.

Background & Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-commerce, Digital, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and experience with WMS or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in luxury or beauty industries is a plus.
