E&I Superintendent

Role & Responsibilities:


The E&I Superintendent supervises, plans, organizes, coordinates and controls the craftsmen in plant maintenance/construction organization in installing, modifying, maintaining and making repairs to buildings, machinery, tools, processing equipment and utility facilities. Functioning as a main on-site contact between the client and the Company; directing and supervising all maintenance/construction field and staff functions; working directly with the client to establish project priorities; assisting the client as requested, on financial matters pertaining to the project; managing all activities to assure that the project is properly manned; reporting and advising on project status; making certain administrative and business judgments and decisions that are within the maintenance contractor's responsibility; ensuring the health and well-being of all assigned employees by insuring compliance with safety and security rules of client, the Company, and OSHA; maintaining good employee-employer relations; and communicating and enforcing all company policies and work rules.
