E-Commerce Senior Manager

Reports to: Director, Ecommerce

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, this candidate will help support digital strategy and operations for the North American market and play an essential role in delivering ecommerce initiatives spanning site management, CRM execution, performance marketing, inventory optimization, and a site platform and warehouse migration.

Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees the Ecommerce Operations Manager and ensures alignment and operational integration with the Client Relations Center (CRC). The role also partners closely with Global HQ and regional teams in Mexico and Brazil to ensure market-relevant execution and consistent strategic alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Merchandising, Campaign Execution & Channel Management:
  • Oversee digital merchandising strategy to ensure featured products, categories, and sorting align with commercial goals and inventory availability
  • Conduct ongoing product and assortment analysis to identify key drivers, top sellers, and opportunities for optimization
  • Lead execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns across the site, including homepage, category landing pages, and product storytelling modules
  • Support lower-funnel media activation (paid search, retargeting, affiliate) in coordination with global and agency teams
  • Implement CRM campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring alignment with regional assortment priorities and customer engagement strategy
Traffic, Performance & Assortment Insights:
  • Monitor and analyze key traffic and conversion metrics to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights across site engagement, category performance, CRM metrics, and channel ROI
  • Collaborate with Planning to align site priorities with product availability and demand forecasting
  • Support development of dashboards, post-campaign analyses, and site reports for regional and global leadership
Team Management & Operational Readiness:
  • Lead and develop the Ecommerce Operations Manager to execute backend updates, content publishing, and catalog maintenance
  • Collaborate with CRC through the Ecommerce Ops Manager to align on service priorities and enablement for featured campaigns and products
  • Ensure timely updates of site inventory, pricing, and product setup to support seasonal and new product launches
  • Drive operational planning around seasonal peaks and key selling moments
Platform & Warehouse Migration Support:
  • Support the platform and warehouse migration project across testing, backend readiness, and go-live coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, logistics, and global stakeholders to ensure business continuity and customer experience is maintained
  • Help evaluate and streamline workflows tied to product setup, merchandising, and backend operations
QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and operator who thrives in a cross-functional environment, drives business results, and elevates the customer journey from acquisition through retention.
  • Bachelor's degree; Minimum +7 years of experience in in ecommerce, digital marketing, or CRM, preferably in luxury or premium retail
  • Proficient in ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP), CRM tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Excel)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to clearly define recommendations to increase sales and improve user experience
  • Ability to work as part of a small team with a "roll up their sleeves" mentality to deliver results
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on overall goals and objectives

Expected Salary Range: $110k-130k

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
