As we scale our online business - syrups, beans, merchandise, and beyond - we're looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused E-commerce Product Marketing Specialist to own and grow our digital storefront.
What You'll Do:
• Own the strategy and execution of Pax's e-commerce experience (Shopify).
• Improve the full customer journey - from first click to doorstep delivery and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadership to launch new products and bundles.
• Oversee and optimize the checkout flow, subscriptions, LTV, and conversion.
• Monitor site performance, A/B test features, and track core KPIs (AOV, ROAS, cart abandonment, etc.).
• Work with marketing to align email flows, product drops, and seasonal campaigns.
• Partner with fulfillment and customer service teams to reduce friction and improve CX.
• Implement and manage third-party tools (Klaviyo, Recharge, Loop Returns, etc.).
What You Bring:
• 2-5+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a DTC brand.
• Fluency in Shopify and its ecosystem (apps, themes, checkout customization).
• Deep understanding of digital CX, funnel optimization, and customer retention.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Looker/Sheets.
• Bonus: experience with physical product development or fulfillment ops.
