Position Summary:
The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Digital and support the E-Commerce Manager in executing initiatives across our U.S. digital ecosystem-including DTC, Amazon, and major platforms. You'll assist with on-site content, campaign coordination, performance reporting, and daily digital operations to help keep our channels optimized, brand-right, and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations and content management of our Shopify site, as well as Amazon and platforms-including asset & content collation, collection merchandising, onsite updates & uploads, metafields and promotional period preparation
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), and affiliate
- Pull and organize weekly and monthly performance data across site and channel KPIs (traffic, sales, ROAS, conversion, etc.)
- Assist with PDP enhancements and digital store fronts across Amazon and platforms
- Support QA and implementation of new Shopify 2.0 features, templates, and app integrations
- Manage inventory, track orders, and coordinate with teams for timely delivery and stock replenishment.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the beauty industry to provide insights and ideas
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless digital journey.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role, ideally within the beauty.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify 2.0 (metafields, templates, content blocks, apps, and basic troubleshooting)
- Experience with Klaviyo, including flows, campaign building, A/B testing, and segmentation
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify reports)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for visual brand alignment
- Proactive, collaborative, and curious-comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Must be willing to work in the Manhattan office 4 days per week.
