Job Description
The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for deployment and execution of diverse programs to drive e-commerce site traffic and sales conversion, online sales via marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, eBay) and other e-commerce accounts (Williams-Sonoma, Macy's, The Home Depot), as well as customer base growth.
Furthermore, the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate the execution of the company's Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and Affiliate Marketing strategies in order to:
(1) Grow Social Media presence
(2) Increase/Optimize traffic to the company's website from all Social Media and user-generated content channels
(3) Increase Sales Conversion
The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail and collaborating across cross-functional teams to insure error-free and on-time execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage web sales, marketplaces, and other key e-commerce accounts.
- Plan and execute annual promotional campaigns for web and online retailers.
- Develop social media strategies and digital content (posts, videos, short clips).
- Manage the advertising and promotional budget across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Manage and execute affiliate marketing strategies in CJ (Commission Junction).
- Provide a positive brand experience for all online customers via pre-purchase and post-purchase support.
- Align marketplace listings with brand identity through optimized Amazon A+ Content, compelling titles, bullet points, and curated bundles.
- Manage new product launches including new item set-up and onboarding.
- Create and execute email sales/marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media including tools, strategies, and applications - Google Analytics, SEO.
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy and provide fresh insight for improvement in all areas.
Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce.
- Must possess initiative, drive, and a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience or Professional Training in Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and/or Business Development.
- At least one-year experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
