Job Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Assistant who not only knows Shopify and Amazon inside out but also leverages HubSpot Sales to track quotes and drive our online growth.
Job Responsibilities • Add and manage product listings on Shopify and Amazon
• Maintain and update product information, descriptions, and images
• Oversee and schedule content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)
• Utilize HubSpot Sales to track quotes, manage customer relationships, and monitor campaign performance
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms
• Monitor online store performance and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends to enhance our online presence
Requirements 2-3 years of experience with Shopify and Amazon
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales, including tracking quotes and managing customer interactions
Knowledge of social media management and content creation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (preferred)
