Deployed Logix E-commerce Assistant
Deployed Logix is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support the continued growth of our online sales and digital presence. This position plays a key role in cross-departmental coordination, helping to manage product listings, support marketing campaigns, assist with lead generation, and ensure accurate and engaging content across platforms.
You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Creative, Web, and Shipping teams to execute DLX's digital strategy and elevate our e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Product Management
- Create, update, and maintain detailed product listings for DLX's online platforms.
- Coordinate with Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to collect accurate specifications, imagery, and descriptions.
- Partner with our in-house photography team to produce and upload high-quality product visuals.
- Collaborate with Finance and Web Development to ensure accurate pricing and inventory are reflected online.
- Process and ship online orders as needed to ensure timely customer delivery.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Utilize CRM to create segmented email campaigns for various audiences.
- Manage and clean contact lists using tools like FindyMail.
- Write engaging email content and select images in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Conduct testing to ensure campaign functionality across devices and inboxes.
- Execute A/B testing and campaign optimization based on performance data.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and FindyMail to build and maintain qualified lead lists.
- De-duplicate and integrate leads into CRM for the Sales team's use.
- Organize contact data and assist with automated follow-up campaigns using tools like Email Chaser.
Influencer Research & Social Media Support
- Research and recommend potential U.S. and LATAM-based influencers aligned with DLX's brand.
- Support the Marketing team in boosting DLX's digital presence and tracking social media trends.
- Assist in planning and executing content that engages targeted audiences across platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and basic website management.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in copywriting, SEO, product photography, web analytics, or AI tools.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
