Responsibilities:As the Email Marketing Automation Specialist Intern, you will:
- Develop Email Marketing Automations: Design, build, and optimize workflows to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Segment Audiences: Collaborate with the team to identify audience segments and tailor automation strategies to enhance personalized communication.
- Analyze Metrics: Track and report on email marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create or adapt engaging email templates, subject lines, and calls to action.
- Research Best Practices: Stay informed on trends in email marketing automation, deliverability, and compliance standards like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Ensure Alignment: Align email campaigns with the company's tone, branding, and customer experience objectives.
