Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Preferable to have D365 customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate detailed user stories and propose functional designs.
