Required skills: - 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
- Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
- Proficiency in C , ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
- Ability to present persuasively and effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
• Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
• Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.

• This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be able to work in person 2 days a week.
