Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring an exceptional buying experience for all customers.
  • Conducting daily competitive gas price surveys.
  • Completing daily accounting paperwork and transmitting it promptly.
  • Making timely bank deposits and managing cash accurately.
  • Maintaining accurate fuel inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training staff, while also managing performance.
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store.
  • Ordering and receiving merchandise according to guidelines.
  • Monitoring gasoline levels and coordinating deliveries.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation accurately.
  • Conducting employee evaluations and implementing promotional initiatives.
  • Monitoring cash handling and assisting with inventory investigations.
  • Ensuring adherence to company image standards.
  • Documenting environmental and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Managing payroll hours efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with associates and customers.
