Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Property Performance: Drive operational and financial success through smart cost control, revenue growth, and innovative ideas.
  • Analyze Financials: Prepare and assess annual budgets and monthly reports, providing clear insights to owners and leadership.
  • Enhance Leasing & Marketing: Boost occupancy rates with competitive pricing strategies and inventive marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work with owners to create annual marketing plans that align with their objectives.
  • Foster Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and tenants by providing top-notch customer service and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Maintain Excellence: Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and compliance to ensure a safe, pristine, and functional environment.
  • Support Team Success: Train and motivate staff to excel in leasing, operations, and customer service.
What You'll Bring:
  • Property Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing market-rate residential properties with proven success.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience in developing and overseeing annual property budgets including operational and maintenance costs, along with preparing monthly financial reports.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management strategies, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building a welcoming community.
  • Flexible & Reliable: Ability to respond to emergencies 24/7 and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
