As a Group Fitness Coach with Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead energizing, science-backed workouts that keep our members engaged and eager to return. You will provide an uplifting experience that makes everyone feel valued as part of our vibrant community.
Your Responsibilities: - Guide and inspire members through our carefully crafted, full-body workouts.
- Assist members in setting and achieving their unique fitness goals.
- Ensure safety and effectiveness in form, providing corrections as necessary.
- Share your expertise in heart-rate-based training and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
- Demonstrate confident use of all studio equipment.
- Be an enthusiastic team player committed to delivering a fantastic member experience.
What We Need From You: - Current AED/CPR certification.
- Active fitness certification (or in progress) from a recognized OTF-approved entity, such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA with NCCPT exam, NCSF, or AFAA (certifications must be valid as of October 23, 2023).
- 1-2 years of experience in group fitness or personal training is preferred.
