As a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead heart-rate-based, technology-tracked workouts that leave members feeling revitalized. You will be the vibrant energy that our members look forward to, helping them feel like an essential part of our community.
What You'll Do: - Guide and inspire members through engaging, pre-designed full-body workouts.
- Assist members in setting and achieving their personal fitness goals.
- Ensure proper form and offer corrections as needed for safe and effective training.
- Share your expertise in heart-rate-based training and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment.
- Be a supportive team player dedicated to enhancing the member experience.
Requirements: - AED/CPR certification
- Current fitness certification (or in the process of obtaining one) from an OTF-approved education entity such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA CPT with an NCCPT exam, NCSF, or AFAA (completed before October 23, 2023, recertification accepted).
- 1-2 years of experience in group fitness or personal training preferred.
