Endpoint Technology Analyst .
This is a
hybrid opportunity based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do: The Pratt & Whitney Digital Workplace Services organization is responsible for all end-user computing at Pratt & Whitney. The includes all personal computing hardware and software, mobility, software collaboration tools, unified communications and service excellence. Our organization plays a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and ensuring the efficient use of technology resources.
In this role, you will assist in managing the company's strategic endpoint technology programs.
Key Responsibilities: - P&W print services lead for support, project implementation and migration to Xerox Managed Print Services including MFD upgrades, shop floor printer refresh and secure printing.
- Perform Digital Employee Experience tool evaluation, defining business case, implementation, and sustainment.
- Assist with developing of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop engineering and office persona, testing and implementation including migrations from legacy technology.
- Lead F135 Unified Network client sustainment strategy including technology roadmap creation for Citrix, Dell and related hardware and software along with capacity planning and program management.
- Oversight of new Citrix Managed Services program to implement HA/DR data center infrastructure, service levels and support transformation.
- Manage SNOW PC HW & SW catalog including identifying and implementing cost savings guidelines. Develop and enforcement cost controls based on end-user persona approval rules set for PC standards, peripherals, and SWs.
Qualifications You Must Have: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field; OR an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related degree and 3+ years of applicable work experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Digital Workplace Services and DT infrastructure.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer: - Experience with Service Now.
- Experience working in Digital Workplace Services.
- Experience working in ITAR controlled environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
