The Department of Dermatology at Duke University School of Medicine is actively recruiting faculty with a focus on clinical duties due to its clinical site expansion directly in highly-desired Raleigh-Durham, NC. Both graduating trainees and experienced physicians will be considered at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and/or Professor level. We have excellent opportunities to focus on seeing patients four days/week with an administrative and academic day. Candidates should have a strong interest providing the highest quality of patient care and involvement in research and/or education, including the pediatric dermatology fellowship program. Potential for leadership role is available, if so desired. The new Department Chair is committed to supporting individual academic and clinical interests, and mentorship will be provided to promote faculty advancement.
Ability to work alongside 35+ world-renowned Duke Dermatology faculty dedicated to providing the highest level of care to all patients with skin disease, especially those with severe and difficult to treat and diagnose diseases, while adhering to the highest ethical standards in our individual and collective work.
