Job Purpose: The Dual Store Retail Manager is responsible for enhancing sales performance, guest experiences, operations, hiring, and talent development at their stores. This role involves providing strategic direction to create environments that exceed guest expectations both in-store and online, focusing on productivity, profitability, and sales success.
Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for both locations.
- Drive company growth through exceptional selling, teamwork, and guest experience.
- Implement active product sampling in-store and at the sample carts throughout the day.
- Foster a guest-obsessed culture, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Manage mystery shop and NPS programs to enhance guest experience across locations.
- Oversee team management, including interviewing, coaching, and talent development.
- Analyze business reporting and guest insights to address opportunities.
- Manage P&L, KPIs, and inventory effectively.
- Monitor labor costs and scheduling for optimal store management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and operationally excellent environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal and local safety standards.
Ideal Candidate: - 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in retail or restaurant settings, with experience managing teams of 15+.
- Passion for health and wellness.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Able to adapt to new procedures and champion change.
- Sound decision-making and conflict mediation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven proficiency in sales principles and managing KPIs.
- Food Handler Card or state-specific requirement.
- Experience managing a Profit and Loss statement.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
