Job Details

Job Description:
  • Manage projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsites/costs/budgets, lead teams onsite, value engineering, and change orders
  • Blueprints, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, building codes, safety, and closeout
  • Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial drywall/metal stud projects
  • Prefer experience with QuickBid/OST, MS Office, Autodesk Build, PlanGrid, Procore, and Plexxis
