  • Indirectly manage the efforts of developers and support team members on website platform implementation and maintenance.
  • Expertise in intranet implementations, cloud-hosted Drupal management, and hands-on development.
  • Experience with other CMS platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager is desired.
  • Oversee Drupal maintenance (hosted by Acquia), ensuring availability, performance, and security.
  • Integrate Drupal sites with other platforms and key applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stability and reliability of web services.
  • Collaborate with the DevEx team on DevOps processes and practice
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in web development and intranet implementation.
  • Strong technical experience with web portal platforms including Drupal, and other standard CMS such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Expertise in Drupal (cloud-hosted implementations, module development, integrations).
  • Hands-on development experience in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess IT product needs and design solutions.
  • Experience anticipating obstacles and planning contingencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with AI search.
  • Knowledge of API development and integration best practices.
