JOB TITLE: Dropship Manager
JOB PURPOSE: Dropship Manager is responsible for growing our drop ship channel across major, specialty, and off-price retail partners. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, accurate product launches, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced fashion environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics, wholesale, and e-commerce, with hands-on experience managing vendor relationships, inventory levels, and EDI platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all dropship accounts (domestic & international), including major retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Amazon Fashion, and more.
- Oversee order processing and maintenance, including the creation of pick tickets, ASNs, and market reorders.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of product data, imagery, and copy for each new collection across all platforms.
- Upload assortments and sync inventory using platforms like Cymbio, Mirakl, and other vendor-specific portals.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to monitor and manage inventory levels and availability.
- Work closely with 3PL partners (e.g., Bergen Logistics) to ensure efficient and timely shipments.
- Maintain compliance with routing and shipping requirements, including EDI documentation, across all dropship accounts.
- Create and distribute line sheets and ATS packages for full-price and off-price accounts.
- Onboard new dropship partners and ensure a smooth launch and integration process.
- Analyze selling reports across dropship and wholesale channels to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive reorders.
- Partner cross-functionally with E-commerce, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment, billing, or compliance issues.
- Supervise and support warehouse coordination when necessary to meet dropship SLAs.
Requirements- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm in our New York office.
- 3+ years of dropship, wholesale, or logistics experience within the fashion industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (required) and ApparelMagic (preferred).
- Experience with Cymbio and Mirakl platforms (required).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with WMS, EDI platforms, and working in open warehouse environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated success managing production, allocating resources, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and drop shipping processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and retail partners professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve operational compliance standards and processes.
