Assist delivery driver unloading, checking the quality and delivering the product to the customer location. Responsibilities include unloading and checking the quality products at a customer location, rotating and checking the quality of produce, driving to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries, calling in when a customer does not receive their entire order, handling any customer complaints professionally, handling company equipment properly, following written driver safety rules, and performing a pre-trip inspection. Qualifications include a preference for a High School or GED or equivalent, experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks, proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic, and knowledge of the product delivery schedule. Physical demands include frequent moving of product up to 50 pounds during the shift and infrequent moving up to 80 pounds, climbing on and off the box of the truck, and working in a cold warehouse environment and extreme weather conditions.
