Job Description:

As a Driver Helper, you will assist with the preparation, delivery, and setup of book fairs for schools and community locations. This role involves loading and unloading materials, supporting drivers with logistics, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. You'll work in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and verifying delivery items

• Help transport and set up book fair materials at destination sites

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of vehicles and delivery areas

• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations

• Support warehouse team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move wheeled cases up to 300 lbs

• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Comfortable working in variable warehouse and delivery conditions

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $33,280 - $36,400 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
