Our client is a leader in the utilities industry and is looking for an entry level Drafter to join their team. This person will be responsible for creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD, with a focus on road improvement projects and utility relocations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of drafting experience and have familiarity working within AutoCAD.

Requirements:
0-3 years of experience working in 2D AutoCAD
Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to develop design plans for road improvement projects and utility relocations
Ensure all AutoCAD drawings meet industry standards and project requirements
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project needs
maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions
participate in project meetings and provide input on design improvements
An Autodesk certified professional certification is preferred

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
