What You'll Do - Craft Exceptional Drinks: Prepare high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and consistency.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a spotless and organized bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are properly stocked.
- Engage Guests: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, making personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Move with Purpose: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting to keep service smooth.
- Work Together: Communicate with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience.

RequirementsPhysical Requirements: - Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment and to work the line during service periods.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
Skills/Qualifications: - Must have extensive knowledge of diverse types of beer, wine, and liquor, and know how to mix a variety of specialty cocktails.
- Two years bartending experience required combined with food & beverage service experience.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food cost, inventory management and purchasing
- Must be able to perform effectively as a team player
- Must be organized and self-motivated.
Expected Hours of Work Open availability with 2 out of the 3 weekend days available.
