Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, with expertise in C , MVC, REST APIs, and SQL Server. You will be responsible for providing application software development services and technical support in moderately complex situations. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to propose innovative technology solutions.

Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain application software using .NET, C , MVC, and REST APIs.
- Design, code, test, and implement application programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct requirements gathering and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Documents (SRD).
- Review test plans and test data, and conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve errors.
- Collaborate with architects to design and implement application systems.
- Prepare detailed system modification requirements and ensure timely and accurate turnovers.
- Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems.
- Propose innovative and creative technology solutions to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Requirements: - Proficiency in .NET, C , MVC, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Education Requirements: - .Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
