.NET Developer

• A minimum of 6-8 years as an enterprise developer using the .Net technology stack

• Strong technical leadership and team management skills

• Must have 5+ solid years of OO design and development experience

• Experience implementing messaging frameworks such as RabbitMQ

• Extensive experience working and developing RESTful Web Services

• 5 years of relational database programming experience, preferably with industry standard RDBMS such as SQL Server

• Experience implementing SOA architectures

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to independently design and coordinate complex projects

• Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

• Demonstrated experience with the Agile SDLC

• Demonstrated experience applying TDD, continuous integration, build, test and deployment automation techniques

• Ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery model

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
You can work in Boston or Arlington VA. If you work in Boston must be open to travel back and forth to VA for the first couple of months.
