We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Development & Donor Relations Coordinator to support our fundraising and community engagement efforts. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our donor database, supporting stewardship activities, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the Director of Mission Advancement and CEO.
Pay range: $25-28/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
- Process bi-weekly deposits and accurately enter data into donor records using Raiser's Edge.
- Maintain up-to-date and consistent donor and prospect data.
- Generate comprehensive reports (gift summaries, donor histories, fundraising progress) to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of the donor database to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile donation records and assist with audit preparation.
Donor Relations & Stewardship
- Support the Director of Mission Advancement in cultivating donor and stakeholder relationships.
- Draft personalized acknowledgments and donor communications.
- Research donor history and interests to tailor engagement strategies.
- Coordinate donor appreciation efforts including event invites and follow-ups.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to donor inquiries.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with the CEO, Director of Mission Advancement, donors, and key partners.
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Record detailed meeting notes and manage follow-ups on action items.
- Ensure smooth logistics for both virtual and in-person meetings.
Event Support
- Assist with planning and execution of donor-focused and community events.
- Coordinate logistics, guest communications, and on-site support for fundraising campaigns and stewardship events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of nonprofit development experience, with a strong foundation in donor engagement and database management.
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge or comparable donor management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Must be able to drive offsite regularly for meetings and events.
