Where Your Career is a Force for Good. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
In this role, you will use your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with blood collection at our fixed site locations. Your responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment for volunteer donors, following all safety procedures, and collecting blood donations that are delivered to hospitals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect personally with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the importance of their donation.
- Work with your team to create a friendly environment that encourages repeat donations.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure blood collection meets goals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Schedule & Compensation:
Standard Schedule: Variable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are provided 2-3 weeks in advance.
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hour.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, sit or stand for long periods, and adapt to irregular hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (e.g., CNA, MA, EMT).
- Leadership experience.
