Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent at Domino's, you will engage in various front-facing responsibilities, from taking orders and crafting delicious pizzas to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Bring your outgoing personality, efficiency, and energy to a fun and fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare high-quality products according to established standards.
  • Receive and process telephone and in-person orders with accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility.
Essential Skills:
We're looking for someone with the following abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical skills for quick math and making accurate monetary change.
  • Coordination skills to efficiently handle equipment and prepare orders.
  • Computer skills to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs.
