We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Domestic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of over the road transportation. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing transportation solutions across the U.S. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of domestic freight logistics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors in need of freight services.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
  • Understand customer shipping needs and offer tailored truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and other logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs related to revenue, margins, and client growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic trucking and freight industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms is a plus.
