We are currently supporting a professional services client with their search for a documentation specialist. The documentation specialist will be instrumental in loading and managing sensitive documentation into the company's records management software. The daily responsibilities include:
- Creation of new files and management of existing files ensuring data accuracy
- Daily data entry and document scanning
- Labeling and restoring documentation - uploading incoming documentation
- Track daily activity utilizing daily activity logs
- Follow document retention policies to ensure confidentiality and sensitivity is maintained
- Ad hoc document projects
Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of documentation tracking software
- Proficiency with data entry and scanning
- Ability to utilize software and quickly learn new systems
- 2 years of documentation or records keeping experience
