Description of Responsibilities: As a Documentation Clerk, your primary responsibility is to assist analysts by compiling, managing and extracting information from documents submitted for review by our clients. You'll collaborate closely with the Research team to ensure the timely delivery of client reports by following established protocols. This role involves classifying documents, performing data entry, and tracking the receipt of documents. Additionally, you'll be tasked with documentation duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Preferred: Associate's degree or coursework in business administration, records management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a documentation, records management, administrative or data entry role.
- Experience working in a data-intensive environment (e.g. legal, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
- Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and office equipment.
Remote Work Environment Requirements: - Must reside in the Chicagoland area.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions to maintain focus and accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to support secure document processing and collaboration.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Comfortable using remote communication tools (e.g. email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for team collaboration.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving Requirements: - Ability to adapt to evolving document workflows and new technology.
