The Document Specialist position is responsible for providing an exceptional and engaging user experience to partners, tenants and internal team members. Your primary responsibilities are to process incoming tenant documents, safely secure documents in vault and prepare outgoing documents upon tenant requests. This process is essential to properly service and retain documents for our internal and external partners, while facilitating Kinetic Alliance's secured collateral position.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Receive, validate, and scan inbound collateral documents and correspondingly pull and ship outbound collateral documents
  • Provide input and maintenance of collateral management systems, data, records, and files necessary to provide servicing to the related partner or team
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Alliance policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to records, files, processes, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Time management skills and attention to detail coupled with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • First-rate problem-solving skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office environment
  • Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
