Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain legal title and contract documents
Ensure document accuracy and completeness
Collaborate across teams to resolve document-related issues
Operate mailroom equipment and coordinate with mail/FedEx teams
Support new team members and provide training when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of filing or document control experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
Prior filing or document management experience preferred
