Document Control Specialist - Hunt Valley, MD $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Temporary/Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? We're looking for a proactive Document Control Specialist to join a dynamic team in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, perfect for individuals seeking long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain legal title and contract documents

  • Ensure document accuracy and completeness

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve document-related issues

  • Operate mailroom equipment and coordinate with mail/FedEx teams

  • Support new team members and provide training when needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of filing or document control experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills

  • Prior filing or document management experience preferred
